Postage & Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 48-72hours! However, if your order is placed on the weekend we will aim to process  on the next working day. Once your items have been despatched we will send you a confirmation email.
Delivery is free if you spend £75 or more online!
Standard UK Deliveries - £5.99 using Royal Mail recorded delivery* - delivered in 3-5 working days. Last posting for Xmas 2016 is Thursday 22nd December.
Small orders under 250g - £2.99 - Royal Mail (not tracked) delivered in 5 working days. Last posting for Xmas 2016 is Tuesday 20th December
European Standard Deliveries cost - £14.99 - delivered within 5-7 days

International Deliveries: we welcome international customers please contact us so we can calculate shipping costs to your intended destination.
* Standard delivery by Royal Mail recorded delivery requires a signature! If your item is delivered while you are out Royal Mail will leave a red "Something for you" card with details to arrange a redelivery/collection. Items will be returned to us after 18 days and may take up to 4 weeks for us to receive the item. Please note in this instance we would only be able to resend/refund the item once we have received it back from Royal mail.
Returns & Cancellations
If you have a change of heart you can cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of goods. This is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Regulations that entitles all customers in the EU to  a 7 day “cooling off period”. You must contact us in writing to cancel your order and all goods must be returned unopened and unused in a saleable condition. All goods must be returned at your expense in order to receive a refund.
If you believe your items to be faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods so we can deal with the matter as soon as possible in accordance with your legal rights.
